Robert Frost (1874-1963)
O hushed October morning mild,
Thy leaves have ripened to the fall;
To-morrow's wind, if it be wild,
Should waste them all.

It would be sad if the wind and rain tonight and tomorrow rip off these colorful leaves that we haven't yet had the time to enjoy driving through. Positive thoughts to colorful fall car drives.
I thought that too, but there are lots of trees whose leaaves have not yet begun to change. Hopefully they will turn after the impending storm has done its worst and share their fiery autumn colours still.
Whoops, that should be "leaves" not "leaaves"...see above.
